Dylan Werner, Founder and CEO of Werner Protective LLC, has a passion for keeping people safe—a passion ignited during his 8 years in the supply chain industry as a freight broker. During this time, Dylan made countless visits to manufacturing sites, engaging with supervisors and asking a simple yet profound question: 'What are your biggest areas of concern?' Without fail, the resounding answer was always the safety of their employees.

This insight resonated deeply with Dylan, sparking a determination to expand his services and make a tangible difference. With unwavering dedication, he forged partnerships with top-rated safety apparel companies and pioneered his own distribution company. In 2019, Werner Protective was born out of this commitment to ensuring workplace safety.

Steve Werner is an entrepreneur and mentor who helps individuals and high achievers reinvent themselves and capitalize on the second half of their journey. With over 40 years of experience in various industries, he has founded and grown successful businesses, faced and overcome adversity, and learned to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing marketplace. He is the founder and CEO of Hour Of Champions, a lifestyle and coaching company that offers customized programs and services to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals.

Steve is  an advisory board member of Werner Protective, a company that PPE solutions to protect employees from serious injuries.. He was previously a partner and director of business development at Door and Window Guard Systems, a private security company for vacant buildings that was acquired in 2021. Before that, he was a principal at Smith Rothchild Financial, a specialty finance company that lent over $100 million annually to real estate investors and rehabbers. He started his career as an independent floor trader at the Chicago Board of Trade, where he spent 19 years in the highly competitive 30-Year U.S. Treasury Bond pit. Steve has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in trading, finance, security, and entrepreneurship, and he is passionate about sharing his insights and wisdom with his clients and peers.

Alan Wallis is a highly accomplished Senior Executive with more than 35 years of success in the apparel, manufacturing, finance, law, and investment management industries.

Leveraging extensive experience launching startups, Alan is a valuable asset for startup to midsize companies in similar sectors seeking expert assistance with building out a sales force, setting up a strategic plan, any type of marketing or brand promise, or accessing customers. His key areas of expertise include strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, business development, supply chain, marketing, corporate finance, and investment.

In January 2018, Alan exited as CEO of DRIFRE and engaged in consulting to follow his passions. Throughout his impressive career, Alan launched DRIFRE, with a middle market private equity firm and led it to a successful exit. His specialties include financial and market analysis, scaling for growth, strategic planning,
distribution, wholesale, and private equity, Specifically, he worked as CEO of Optimer Brands (a holding company for DRIFIRE) for the military, industrial and international markets; and increased a startup to $25M Company over 12 years.

Alan holds a BS in Business and Finance from University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana and a JD from Chicago Kent College of Law.
